BMG India services:
Pre-Arrival Sessions
These are available online and offline to a group of people. This gives an over view of both settlement and employment related topics which helps prepare the move better.
One-On-One Session
After the pre- arrival session the participants have a one- on-one session with the facilitators from BMG India. This session provides an opportunity for the participant to ask and understand their specific needs.
Connections
Post the one-on-one session the participants are connected to the relevant connections based on the needs expressed by the participants.
Post-Arrival
The participants are also connected to a mentor while they are still in their home country and then they continue to be in touch once they land in Canada. This helps them network and understand the new environment for a seamless integration at the earliest.
